fittings, low-temperature section of the superheater, reheater, economiser and water-cooled wall, etc.; such as small-diameter tubes for wall
temperature ≤ 500 ℃ of the heated surface tubes, as well as water-cooled wall tube, economiser tube, etc., large-diameter tubes for the wall
temperature of ≤ 450 ℃ of the steam pipeline, the set of boxes (economiser, water-cooled wall, low-temperature superheater and reheater
box), the media temperature ≤ 450 ℃ of the piping accessories etc. Since carbon steel will produce graphitisation if it is operated for a long
period of time above 450℃, it is better to limit the maximum long-term service temperature of the pipe as a heating surface to below 450℃.
The steel in this temperature range, its strength to meet the requirements of the superheater and steam piping, and has good oxidation
resistance, plasticity and toughness, welding properties, such as hot and cold processing properties are very good, widely used.
